Your order becomes reserved only when a contract is drawn up, signed, & a 50% booking retainer is received. (100% in the event the order is placed less than two (2) week in advance). The retainer is paid to reserve your date and is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation. Orders are confirmed on a first come, first serve basis. We DO NOT hold dates without a booking retainer. Until your retainer is received, your desired date remains open and available for other clients.
